Are Tunely pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes. All our pieces are made with sterling silver, 14k gold vermeil, or 18k gold-plated stainless steel — all hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine, and saltwater. Store pieces flat in their original pouch. Polish gently with the included cloth.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

With proper care, no. If your piece ever loses its shine, we offer free lifetime polishing — just email us.

Do you offer ring sizing?

Most rings come in standard US sizes 5–9. If you need help finding your size, our printable Ring Sizer is available on each ring product page.

How long does shipping take?

Standard US orders arrive in 3–6 business days. Expedited shipping is 2–3 business days. International is 7–14 business days.

What's your return policy?
