30-Day Returns. Always Free.

We want you to love every Tunely piece. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

What can be returned

Any unworn, undamaged piece in its original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How to return

Email returns@tunely.com with your order number. We'll email a prepaid return label and processing instructions.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@tunely.com for a free replacement or full refund.
